Second-hand Motor City combines two sunrise industry (traditional
second-hand car trading and internet economy). We take efforts
for the leading place of second-hand car development. Basing
on the practice of automobile industry, integrating the advanced
internet and traditional second-hand car store, creating a management
mode, interacting both online and offline, originally, summarizing
the abundant second-hand car trading information and client
resources online, we form a systematic, practical and profitable
mode.
Now the mode is successful in Xiamen, from opening on May 24
to late Sep, sales volume of the store, combined both online
and offline, through different kinds of popularization and exhibition,
reached 133 (including buying local cars, agency, and remote
trading). Volume of remote trading is 51, earning 293,000 RMB,
generating 206,000 RMB in profit.
With the popularization of second-hand cars,
the market in China has gone into a high speed growth period.
According to gross prediction, in 2005, the amount of second-hand
car selling reached 1,800,000, increased 34% compared 2004.Because
the domestic market is not perfect, and the standardization
and scale of market operation has not matured yet, while second-hand
car supply and demand and resource have tremendous diversity
in different region, interregional trading occurs quite often,
our mode is highly imitable. We are hurry to extend the business
mode to other cities, and found a national network for second-hand
car trading.
After financing, we plan to build twelve direct-trading stores
in the first step, and it is estimated conservatively that these
stores will earn 22,000,000 RMB in the year. Our predominance
is having the most famous second-hand car website in China,
being familiar with domestic second-hand car market, owning
a professional executive work group, innovative management mode
and rich experience in remote trading. As powerful fund we need
