5. On July 6, 2006, strategically cooperated with Tencent Company, and then a contract that the second-hand car evaluating system would be provided exclusively by China Second-hand Motor City was signed.
6. On August 25, 2006, China Second-hand Motor City and Alibaba Company cooperated comprehensively, now, the second-hand car evaluating system, news and information which is used by Alibaba are all offered exclusively by China Second-hand Motor City.
